Synchronous belt solution:
1. Do not kink the belt, install wide belt or large pulley, increase pulley diameter or wide belt, remove foreign matters and correctly tighten
2. Correctly tension, install the belt with larger width and higher power transmission / increase the size of synchronous belt and pulley, check the belt type and replace it if necessary
3. Replace the synchronous belt pulley
4. Re align the shaft, replace the pulley flange, and reinforce the bearing or chassis
5. Replace flange pulley, re align pulley / shaft, correct tension, remove foreign matters, install protective cover, check cutting device and belt guide device
